Engineering Centre Manager

Main responsibilities:

To develop and maintain efficiency & effectiveness of engineering center
To prepare the budget and targets within the frames of the agreed strategy and business growth
Pro-active communication towards regional and country management
Day-to-day management of local operations (Engineering, Resource Planning on projects)
Development of processes with focus on operational excellence
Sustainability, quality and HR management (employee development, recruitment, training)

We require:

Technical University degree in engineering
Basic knowledge of power system technology
Minimum 5 years relevant business experience
Entrepreneurial personality with business development focus
Coaching ability encouraging team-work
Management skills,intercultural sensitivity
Solid experience with project management
Good analytical, communication & negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak, German is an advantage
